Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management tool, which will give you total command over your e-mail box accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can set up a new mail account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Furthermore, you can redirect emails from one email box account to another, finetune email filters, set up autoresponder messages and secure your electronic mail accounts against junk email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your email mailboxes against junk mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwanted electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are perfect for sorting your incoming e-mails on the basis of certain rules specified by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and edit the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming mails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply choose the e-mailbox account you want to forward mails from, then choose the target e-mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily configure the email client of your preference to access your mail accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your computer or handheld device and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
